We offer a comprehensive golf course assessment review that is customized to the exact needs of a course. The assessment looks at the agronomic issues of the grass and every issue of the golf course maintenance department. In other words, our reviews include everything that affects the playing conditions of a golf course and the financial results of a golf course maintenance department. The report includes the following :

1. The goals and priorities of the owner.
2. The physical aspects of the course (greens, tees, fairways, roughs, bunkers, cart paths, irrigation system, lakes & streams.
3. The agronomic issues of the golf course turf (greens, tees, fairways and roughs).
4. Golf course equipment, the golf course maintenance building and the associated facilities (fuel storage, pesticide mixing area and pesticide storage area).
5. Existing irrigation water tests and irrigation pump house and control system.
6. Existing soil tests.
7. Weather records.
8. Past agronomic visit reports.
9. Present cultural and fertility practices used to take care of the turfed areas.
10. Present practices used to take care of non-turf areas.
11. Present staffing levels.
12. Present budgeting.
13. The abilities of the present staff.
14. Health & Safety issues.
The results of the above reports will then be prioritized according to sound agronomical principals and the goals of the owner or committee.
